Are your watches authentic?
Yes. All watches sold by Khaled Swiss Watches are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers. We do not sell replicas or counterfeit products.
What is your Try Before You Buy policy?
We allow customers to inspect and try on the watch at the time of delivery (for COD orders).
Conditions:
- The watch must remain in original condition
- Protective stickers must not be removed
- The item must not be worn outside inspection
If you decide not to proceed, the watch will be returned immediately to the courier.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy.
The watch must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all protective stickers intact
- Include original packaging, warranty card, and accessories
Returns that show signs of wear may be declined.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (USD)
- Whish to Whish
- OMT money transfer
- Credit/Debit Card
For Whish and OMT transfers, orders are processed after payment confirmation.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery across Lebanon on all orders.
