Refund policy

At Khaled Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days, under the terms below.

  1. Return and exchange window
    You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days from the date you received your order.
  2. Eligibility
    To be eligible, your item must meet these conditions:
  • The item is unused, unworn and in original condition.
  • Protective stickers are still on the item.
  • The original packaging, tags, warranty card and accessories are included.
  • The item has not been altered or resized in any way.
  • The return or exchange is requested within the 14 day window.
  1. Items that cannot be returned
  • Customized or engraved watches.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Watches that show signs of wear, scratches or damage.
  1. How to start a return or exchange
  • Contact us at khaledsw427@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We will reply with a return number and clear instructions.
  • Pack the item securely with all original materials.
  • Write the return number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Send it using a trackable and insured method.
  1. Who pays for shipping
    Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error. In that case we cover it.
  2. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected:
  • If approved, you receive a full refund of the item price, excluding delivery fees.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
  1. Exchanges
    Exchanges are allowed within the same 14 days and under the same conditions as returns. Delivery of the replacement item is not free: a flat $5 delivery fee through Wakilni applies.
  2. Delivery fee when you do not keep the watch at the door
    Delivery is free when you keep your watch. If you inspect it at delivery and decide not to proceed, you pay only the flat $5 delivery charge. This does not apply to gift boxes, which are not part of try before you buy.
  3. Damaged or incorrect items
    If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at khaledsw427@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +961 3 054 123 so we can resolve it quickly. In this case we cover the shipping.
