Refund policy

 

At Khaled Watches, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date you received your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
  • The item must not be altered or resized in any way
  • Return must be requested and approved within the 14-day window

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved watches
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at swisswatches.khaled@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Securely package the item with all original materials.
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.)

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at swisswatches.khaled@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
