Shipping policy

Delivery service
All orders are delivered across Lebanon by Wakilni. Orders are prepared and packed at our head office in Tyre and handed to Wakilni there.

Delivery cost
Delivery within Lebanon is free when you keep your watch, with no minimum purchase.
If you inspect the watch at the door and decide not to proceed, you pay only a flat $5 delivery charge. This applies whichever payment method you chose.
Delivery of a replacement item in an exchange also costs a flat $5.

Delivery time
Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Payment
Cash on delivery (in USD), Whish transfer or OMT transfer. Orders paid by Whish or OMT are processed once payment is confirmed.

Try before you buy
You can inspect the watch and try it on your wrist at delivery before you pay. The protective stickers and packaging must stay intact, and the watch must not be worn outside the inspection.

Gift boxes from our Gifts page are not part of try before you buy, because a gift is already paid for. Delivery of a gift box is free anywhere in Lebanon. A box sent straight to someone else must be paid in advance by Whish or OMT, and the packing slip inside shows no prices.

Pickup
You can collect your order from our head office, Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
