Welcome to Khaled Watches. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you complete your purchase.

  1. About us
    Khaled Watches is a watch retailer established in 2012, serving customers across Lebanon with authentic branded timepieces.

    Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 18:00. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
  2. Product authenticity
    All watches and accessories sold by Khaled Watches are authentic, sourced from authorized retailers in Lebanon and official suppliers in Europe. We keep the purchase invoice for every piece.
    Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them. Small differences may occur because of brand updates or screen settings.
  3. Prices and payment
    All prices are shown in USD. We accept:
  • Cash on delivery
  • Whish transfer
  • OMT transfer
    Orders paid by Whish or OMT are processed once we receive proof of transfer. We may change prices at any time without prior notice.
  1. Delivery across Lebanon
    Delivery across Lebanon is free when you keep the watch. If you inspect it at the door and decide not to proceed, you pay only a flat $5 delivery charge.
    Delivery times depend on your location. We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but delays can happen because of courier services or events outside our control. Please give us accurate contact and address details.
  2. Try before you buy
    We offer Try Before You Buy within Lebanon for cash on delivery orders. You can inspect the watch at delivery before you pay.
    Conditions:
  • The watch may be inspected and tried on the wrist only.
  • Protective stickers and packaging must stay intact.
  • The watch must not be worn outside the delivery inspection.
  • If you decline it, the watch goes back to the courier in original condition.
    Delivery is free when you keep the watch. If you decline it, you pay only the flat $5 delivery charge.
    This service is for inspection only and does not allow extended use before purchase.
  • Gift boxes are not part of Try Before You Buy, because a gift is already paid for. Delivery of a gift box is free anywhere in Lebanon. A gift box sent straight to someone else must be paid in advance by Whish or OMT.
  1. Returns and exchanges (14 days)
    We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, under these conditions:
  • The watch is unworn and unused.
  • Protective stickers are intact.
  • The original box, warranty card, manuals and packaging are included.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
    We may refuse returns that show signs of wear, resizing, scratches or damage.
    Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is our error. Delivery of a replacement item in an exchange costs a flat $5.
    Refunds, if approved, are processed after we inspect the item. Full details are in our Refund policy.
  1. Warranty
    Every brand includes an international warranty. Depending on the brand, the warranty period is 12 or 24 months.
    The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:
  • Battery replacement, unless the brand specifies it
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper handling
  • Water damage beyond the rated water resistance
    Warranty service needs proof of purchase and the warranty documents.
  1. Order acceptance and cancellation
    We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order, we will tell you.
  2. Limitation of liability
    Khaled Watches is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is the purchase price of the product.
  3. Privacy
    We collect customer information only for order processing, delivery and customer service. We do not sell it or share it with third parties, except as needed for payment or delivery. See our Privacy policy for details.
  4. Governing law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute falls under the courts of Lebanon.
  5. Updates to these terms
    We may update these terms at any time. Updates take effect when they are posted on the website.
