Welcome to Khaled Swiss Watches. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Khaled Swiss Watches is a watch retailer established in 2012, proudly serving customers across Lebanon with authentic branded timepieces.

2. Product Authenticity

We guarantee that all watches and accessories sold by Khaled Swiss Watches are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.

Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to brand updates or display settings.

3. Pricing & Payment Methods

All prices are displayed in USD

We offer the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Whish to Whish transfer
OMT money transfer
Credit/Debit Card

Orders paid via Whish or OMT must be confirmed by providing proof of transfer. Orders will be processed once payment confirmation is received.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Free Delivery Across Lebanon

We provide free delivery across Lebanon on all orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and address details.

5. Try Before You Buy Policy

We offer a Try Before You Buy service within Lebanon for Cash on Delivery orders.

This allows customers to inspect the watch at delivery before completing payment.

Conditions:

The watch may be visually inspected and tried on the wrist only.
Protective stickers and packaging must remain intact.
The watch must not be worn outside the delivery inspection.
If declined, the product must be returned immediately in original condition.

This policy is strictly for inspection purposes and does not allow extended use prior to purchase.

6. Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The watch must be unworn and unused.
Protective stickers must remain intact.
Original box, warranty card, manuals, and packaging must be included.
Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, resizing, scratches, or damage.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after product inspection.

7. Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage depends on the brand purchased:

Some brands include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
Others include a 24-month manufacturer warranty.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:

Battery replacement (unless specified by brand)
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Improper handling
Water damage beyond rated resistance

Warranty service requires proof of purchase and warranty documentation.

8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

If an order is cancelled by us, the customer will be notified accordingly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Khaled Swiss Watches shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

10. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service.

We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as required for payment processing or delivery services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
