Yes. Every watch sold by Khaled Watches is authentic and sourced from authorized retailers in Lebanon and official suppliers in Europe. We keep the purchase invoice for every piece.

We allow customers to inspect and try on the watch at the time of delivery (for COD orders).

Conditions:

The watch must remain in original condition
Protective stickers must not be removed
The item must not be worn outside inspection

Delivery is free when you keep the watch. If you inspect it and decide not to proceed, the watch goes back to the courier and you pay only the flat $5 delivery charge.

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The watch must be unworn and unused, with all protective stickers, original packaging, tags and warranty card.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is our error. If you choose an exchange, delivery of the replacement item costs a flat $5.

Watches that show signs of wear, scratches or damage cannot be returned.

We accept:

Cash on Delivery (USD)
Whish to Whish
OMT money transfer

For Whish and OMT transfers, orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Delivery across Lebanon is free when you keep your watch.

If you inspect it at the door and hand it back, you pay only a flat $5 delivery charge. Delivery of a replacement item in an exchange also costs a flat $5.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
